What we collect
Details you give us: name, email, phone number, company, and what you write in our forms, live chat, emails and consultation requests.
Billing details: billing address and GSTIN when you buy a product or a service. Card and bank details are handled by the payment provider; we do not store them.
Technical data: IP address, browser, pages visited and cookies needed to run the site securely.
Why we use it
To reply to enquiries, schedule and hold consultations, prepare quotes, deliver services and products, issue invoices and meet tax and accounting obligations, keep the site secure, and, only if you opt in, send updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Legal basis
We process personal data with your consent, or for the legitimate uses permitted under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, such as fulfilling a request you made or complying with law. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing already done.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (hosting, email, payments, communication tools) under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside India, including for our clients in the USA and UK.
Client project data
When we build or maintain a system for a client, we process the data in it only on that client’s instructions and under the engagement agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and consultation data is kept while it is useful to respond and follow up, then deleted or anonymised. Invoices and related records are kept for the period Indian tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights
